TGM Series super pressure trapezium grinder mill is the new grinder mill. It is reseached and designed by our experts basing on long term experience of high pressure suspension grinder study, and according to number of customers' using requirement and suggestion home and aboard. It is that it owes five patented technologies as trapezium working surface, flexible connection, roll linked pressure boost, etc. It is also equipped with high efficiency centrifugal induced draught fan and so it makes this machine research an advanced level of powder manufacture.
It is mainly consist of main engine, speed reducer, powder concentrator, induced draught fan, bag dust collector, piping device, integrator, and motor etc. The Peripheral equipments are jaw crusher, bucket elevator, feeder, storage bin, electric control cabinet, etc. It is mainly used for grinding mineral products in these industries such as metallugical industry, building, chemical industry, mine, etc. And it also can grind all kinds of nonflammable and nonexplosive minerals whose Moh’s hardness is lower than 9 and humidity is lower than 6%.

Performance characteristic：

1.The roller and grinding ring are designed in inverted trapezium with different diameter, which reduces the materials slip velocity between roller and grinding ring, extend grinding time, and enhance crushing effect.
2.The pressure spring keeps balance and pressure boost.
3.The forming resilent joint keeps smooth and steady, and can avoid resonance.
4.The high density powder concentrator reduces the resistance to air flow, which greatly enhances precision and output.
5.Matched with high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal induced draft fan, the efficiency is 83%.
6.The impeller adjusting device is quick and convenient.
